Elle Events

I hate how long it has been since my last post. I know I've explained several times that I am having difficulty finding time to actually complete projects, not to mention, write about them and take pictures. I realized that I have only vaguely mentioned what it is that takes up the majority of my time. Now since all the legal documents and licenses are in place, I can officially say that I have started my own wedding planning and design business, Elle Events. I completed my third wedding a couple of weeks ago and since the business is so new, I am trying to do all of the planning and design myself. Now, the week of the actual wedding is a completely different story and there is so possible way that I could do it alone. I am also in the midst of finishing my wedding planning certification course that I am currently taking on line. Although running a business is stressful at times, cutting into my precious hours of sleep, and more demanding that I ever could have imagined, I would not change anything about what I am doing right now. I feel very blessed to have the resources and the support to be able to use my creative inspiration and organization skills in such a fun way. Working with a bride to create the perfect event for her special day is truly rewarding. I will post a sneak peak tomorrow from my past wedding. You can also check out my website at
